Some console players hope that Sony and Microsoft can consider postponing the release of PlayStation 6 and the next-generation Xbox as prices continue to rise.Just when players were accustomed to the price of 3A masterpieces at $70, Nintendo and Microsoft confirmed that the price of the game will reach $80 in the future.Coupled with the rise in prices of hardware, accessories and subscription services from time to time, it makes players feel uneasy.

Neither Sony nor Microsoft have officially announced their next-generation consoles, but it is speculated that the PS6 will be launched as early as late 2027, or sometime in 2028.The speculation released in 2027 originated from the past rule that the host was updated every seven years, as well as some leaked news and rumors.

Another player thinks so.

Other players have expressed similar ideas, and some even said they won't buy new consoles until the PS6 Pro is inevitably released.
