The ghoul from Amazon's Fallout TV series (played by Walton Goggins) will appear in the upcoming new area of Fallout 76.
The Burning Springs update will be the largest (and free) update of this massively multiplayer online role-playing game since 2020, and will feature a new bounty hunting mission initiated by Ghouls and voiced by Goggins.
Goggins' role is very popular in the TV series, and he forms the three protagonists in the play with Ella Purnell's refuge resident Lucy and Aaron Morten's Iron Brotherhood squire Maximus.
The "Burning Spring" update adds arid and scorched earth area in Ohio in the post-nuclear war era. In addition to the above bounty hunting missions, new factions, new challenges, and unique weapons, equipment and fish will be added.
The update will also feature a smart super mutant called "Rust King" and a "land-native threat creature" called "Fall Boar" - you can tame it and keep it as a pet.
The Ghoul will be located in the "ultimate refuge" of Highway Town, but it is neither a playable character nor a companion.
However, it is indeed a good design to pay tribute to the TV series in the game's official series.This TV series is extremely popular, with 65 million viewers in the first two weeks of its launch.
