Konami has released the 1.02 update patch for "Silent Hill F", which fixes a loophole that allows players to obtain exclusive content without purchasing a specific version.Players who previously purchased the standard version will also receive the deluxe version and pre-order bonuses. After this update, these exclusive contents will be strictly limited to qualified players.

After the update, players who have not purchased the corresponding version will no longer be able to use bonus skins, royal talismans and prop packs.If a limited item was used in the save, the game will automatically switch to the default option when loading.However, items redeemed through reward item packs will still remain in the player's inventory.

Fixed an issue where exclusive content could be obtained without purchasing a specific version

Deluxe Edition bonuses and pre-order bonuses are now available to qualified players only

Bonus skins will be removed from the list; equipped skins will be automatically reset to default when loaded.

The reward talisman will be removed; the equipped talisman will be automatically unloaded when loading. The reward prop package will be removed from the ancestral hall reward menu; the redeemed props will remain in the inventory.

Players who attempt to use content exclusive to the unauthorized version after the update will see the prompt: "[Reward Name] cannot be found. Please try again."
