The Steam page update of the popular independent Roguelike game "Hades 2" by developer Supergiant Games has sparked speculation that fans may be about to announce the game's release date.

An early-experience player named the_nice_care released screenshots of new achievements on the game's Steam page in the Reddit sub-section of Hades 2.During Early Access, the game has not had an achievement system, and the addition of achievements has not been mentioned in the recent patch notes.According to SteamDB, these achievements were added at around 7 pm UTC time on July 29, but were quickly removed after an hour and a half.Despite the short window of time for the achievement to be visible, fans immediately noticed the abnormality and immediately began to speculate that the release date announcement was coming, guessing that the time range ranged from one week to the next day.

Although some of the withdrawn achievements obviously point to what is currently available in Hades 2, at least three achievements have been pointed out by some players that cannot be completed under the current state of the game.These unfinished achievements are likely to be related to the extras included in the full version.
