We just brought a summer update to Assassin's Creed: Shadow!Here are the key information that will be available in Assassin's Creed: Shadow in the coming months.
First of all, thank you for your wonderful feedback on our latest game updates. We are glad that everyone enjoyed the special link with Dawn, and the addition of Critical Role's Rufino as an ally to the hideout, including parkour updates, photo mode improvements, and a brand new nightmare difficulty!
The theme of this summer is game progress, remember these words: new, game, +.
New game+
The new game+ will be available on July 29, and when you complete the final story mission and the producers' sheet scrolling is over, the new game+ is ready to use: selecting this mode will reset your story, target board progress, and spots found – but your character level, acquired equipment, skill points, knowledge level and valuable hiding place progress will remain the same.
When starting the new game+, you can choose to start from scratch and relive the important events of the Tenmatsu Iga Rebellion - you can also fast forward to the moment of inheriting the hiding place after the prologue is over.Either way, we make sure that basic guidance does not bother you in the second week.
Progress update
Whether you are playing the new game+ or not, we have increased the level cap for all players from level 60 to level 80 – and introduced a new level of knowledge, new specialties and knowledge skills, and new upgrades to all hiding buildings – including a new upgrade to Heiji Blacksmith shop.One of the upgrades comes with the new game+ and the other comes with our later summer updates.
July 29 is also the time when you expect to see Project 3 appear: at that time, there will be brand new resources, data files and exclusive Animus theme rewards for you to collect.Remember, if you are still working on the first two projects, you can choose to complete them first or switch to a new one without rushing.
The overall quality of the game is updated
We are also excited to share another upcoming update that includes some of the features that the community has requested the most since the game was released.The update will be launched ahead of the Awaji Claw expansion package and of course, it is only free for all players.
Updates will include:
After completing the sync of the bird's eye point, the fog on the world map will be dispersed (by area).
You can skip time and jump directly to dusk or dawn.
New Blacksmith shop level, equipment that creates mythology (upgraded from epic) and antiques (upgraded from legendary) rarity.
Updates and upgrades to the hiding place.
Cutscenes have no frame rate limit (PC only).
Some extras that long-term fans of the series may be familiar with.
Further bug fixes and stability improvements.
