Developer CI Games announced that the number of "The Lord of Fallen" has exceeded 5.5 million players, reaching a new milestone.

The official recommendation wrote:

“Mounstead’s light is more dazzling than ever, with over 5.5 million light holders around the world, and your loyalty, feedback and enthusiasm have helped The Fallen Lord make what he is today…and the exciting chapters that follow. In the light, we move forward!”

"The Lord of the Fallen" was released in October 2023, and the game was poor in all aspects when it was first released.However, CI Games has launched a series of updates after its release, especially the recent 2.0 version update, which brought the game back to life.

"The Lord of Fallen" also launched on Game Pass last year, which means that 5.5 million players are not the actual game sales, because a considerable number of them are played through the Game Pass subscription service.

"The Lord of the Fallen" is being promoted at a low price in Steam. The original price is 298 yuan, and the current price is 98 yuan.

In June 2024, CI Games announced the "Fallen Lord 2", which will be released in 2026, and will be available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series, of which the PC version is exclusive to the Epic Mall.
