It has been a while since the "hardcore mode" update of "God of Heaven: Save 2" on April 13, and the Warhorse Studios team has been preparing for big moves.It has been confirmed that the first DLC of the game, "Life and Death Painting", will be officially launched on May 15.

According to the official social account, the DLC plot begins with Henry discovering a mysterious painter tied up in the forest.The story will revolve around "a skull, a secret and a painter carrying the past."Warhorse Studios is tight-lipped about the specific plot and only reveals the outline of the story's beginning.As the game's first large-scale plot expansion package, this DLC will surely be full of twists and turns.The haircut mode and hardcore mode launched in March and April were both free updates, and the remaining development roadmap of "Life and Death" and subsequent "Legacy of the Forge" DLC will focus on paid expansion content.

But paid DLC is not all about this update - horse racing gameplay will be added to the game as a free repeatable event.Players can participate in betting on horse racing in the open world, compete for the fastest rider title, and even compete for riding and archery accuracy (a new horse bow and arrow system was added in this update).

"Dream of Life and Death" will also introduce a new "Shield Painting" mechanism, where players can personalize Henry's shield through different colors, patterns, borders and symbols.This function is linked to the plot progress, and some special symbols need to complete world tasks before they can be unlocked.
