Although the PS5 Pro provides the best console gaming experience in Doom: Dark Ages, the improvement is quite limited compared to the basic PS5 version, with only a little improvement in resolution.Given the hardware performance of this mid-term upgrade host, one originally expected it to provide higher graphics settings while using PSSR technology. The same goes for the recent PS5 versions of Forza Horizon 5 and Raiders of the Lost Ark: Ancient Circle.
Doom: Dark Ages will be released on PS5, PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X|S and PC platforms on May 15, 2025.
