Recently, Korean game manufacturer NCSOFT announced that it will make strategic investments in American game developer Emptyvessel through NCSoft West.The two companies will plan to discuss future cooperation plans such as the issuance of "Ultimate Out of Control" and use it to establish a long-term cooperative relationship.
Emptyvessel is a game developer established in Texas, USA in 2023, and has gathered senior development talents from AutoSight, Id Software, Microsoft, and Naughty Dog.
Currently, Emptyvessel is using Unreal 5 engine to develop a PC shooting game called "Ultimate Out of Control" which allows players to enjoy the pleasure of anarchic shooting in a city on the verge of collapse. The game adopts the Cyber Punk style and is based on squads. The game describes that AI is ruling the last city with non-human logic. Players will choose from factions to achieve goals such as seizing guns, assassinating or arresting suspects through competition.
