Lucid Games, the developer of Destruction Allstars, is partnering with design firm Oktra to open a new office in Liverpool, aiming to establish itself as a leading creative force in the British city.
The studio, which also develops titles such as Apex Legends and Sea of Thieves, said the new office will open in November and will replace its current headquarters in the city.Notably, the studio said the new location was designed to meet the needs of its growing team of 250 people.
Lucid chief operating officer Nick Davies said: "As the studio has grown over the past 15 years, it is important for us to expand our footprint, but at the same time stay true to our roots in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle."
