Since the release of Doom: Dark Ages, PS5 players have been plagued by an annoying bug that has ruined the gameplay fun for players at once.
In the worst case, this error prevents the platinum trophy from being unlocked, bringing frustration to many players since its release. In an official statement to the community, the Bethesda customer service team has now announced the solution.

Through X (platform), the customer service team announced that the PS5 platform now has a hot fix (Hotfix), and developers have finally fixed this frustrating bug. Now "Doom: Dark Age" on the PS5 platform will jump to the trophy normally. The affected trophys are "Berserker" and "Essenziell unaufhaltsam".
"Essenziell unaufhaltsam" requires players to purchase all demon essence upgrades.
"Berserker" needs to unlock all basic shields, shield runes and melee weapon upgrades.

However, as Bethesda announced back in late May, the hot fix will not retroactively unlock the affected trophy.Players affected by this error must re-meet their respective requirements in order to obtain these two trophys and thus receive the Platinum Trophy. However, judging from the comments below, there are also the same problems on the PC and Xbox. It seems that players on other platforms will have to go through several months before they can achieve full achievements.
