Recently, the Xbox store page updated the ESRB rating information of "The Hollow Knight: The Song of Silk", which was rated as T-level (Youth).Among them, there are descriptions such as "This game will include user interaction, in-game purchases (including random items)", so many players question that "Silk Song" will have in-app purchase elements.
Later, Matthew Griffin, head of marketing distribution at the developer Team Cherry, posted an article online to respond to the matter. He said: "The Hollow Knight: The Song of Silk does not contain any form of in-game purchases, and there is no such thing in the game."
He then further clarified: "This rating seems to be a mistake associated with other games. We are collaborating with relevant platforms to process the error information on the page and correct it as soon as possible to prevent misleading players."
