Today, Kojima Studio's official blog announced that the cumulative number of players in "Death Stranding" exceeded 20 million, including sales versions, PC versions and subscription services.

"Death Stranding" was first released on November 8, 2019, and was launched on the PS4 platform, PC (Steam, Epic) in July 2020, PS5 in September 2021, and then ported to MacOS, Xbox Series X|S and Amazon cloud platform Luna.

The sequel to "Death Stranding 2" will be released on June 26, 2025 and will be available on PS5.

The cumulative number of players in the "Death Stranding" series exceeded 20 million!

We are honored to announce that as of March 31, 2025, Death Stranding has attracted a total of 20 million players*.
