On March 19, just the day before "Assassin's Creed" was officially released, Ubisoft announced the actors of Naoe and Yasuke, namely Masumi (American and Japanese mixed race) and Tongayi Chirisa. In the interview, Masumi revealed that this was her first time doing this job and was very nervous when she was doing motion capture.
Chirisa recalled with a smile, "I was very nervous because...well, this was my first time. You were crying all week and I really wanted to make sure I could do it and not be distracted by the cameras, the helmets, the whole outfit I was wearing, and the filming nothing around."
Masumi recently accepted an interview with the media Gamesradar+. During this period, Masumi admitted that she hopes Naoe can have a happy ending in "Assassin's Creed: Shadow".
Masumi also said that she was willing to play Naojiang again. To her, Naojiang is herself and she has made a lot of money. Therefore, if she has the chance in the future, she is of course willing to return and play the role of this female assassin again.
