Players in the "World of Warcraft" nostalgic server have had a hard time in recent days, because the game was attacked by DDoS, which has led to many players being forced to be disconnected during activities such as the copy.
Recently, Blizzard's deputy production director Clay Stone said in an announcement on the official forum that Blizzard "may decide on its own to resurrect an expert-level character who died in large-scale events that we believe are inconsistent with the integrity of the game, such as DDoS attacks."This is good news for expert mode players who had to endure the pain before, even if their characters died unfairly or unintentionally for reasons like DDoS.
Additionally, Stone added: "Our overall position on character recovery or death complaints has not changed. It should be clear that we will not resurrect characters who died due to server disconnection, delayed spikes, game errors, or any other reason. Blizzard Customer Support cannot help resolve issues related to characters who died in extreme mode servers."
