Konami's latest release, Silent Hill f, is expected to be the bloodiest of the series ever."Silent Hill F" has been rated in Japan a few days ago, and it is the first game in the 26-year history of the series to be rated 18+.

North American grading committee ESRB said there are scenes in Silent Hill f where enemy attacks can cause the player character to "be pierced in their necks or torn in their faces."
