InZOI Studios will host a global showcase later this month to provide an in-depth introduction to the specific details of its upcoming competitive life simulation game.
There are only a few weeks left before Krafton launches the game, which may compete with The Sims, opens the Early Access Edition. In order to let everyone know exactly the specific content of this game, the developer will hold a live broadcast event, which will start at 10 am on March 19th, Beijing time.
InZoit Studio has been quite open to novel features in its life simulation games, including a karma system that may keep the ghostly Zoi in the game after death; and Nvidia's AI technology to empower game characters; and the ability to convert real-life photos into in-game items. Therefore, game director Kim Hyung-joon will introduce "new version details such as key new features of Early Access, vision and roadmap for future updates, as well as pricing and DLC plans" at the showcase.
Any information about the price of InZOI games has been strangely kept secret so far, making it unclear whether it would be a one-time payment or it would take the free route. The DLC plan mentioned makes me think that InZOI may have more traditional expansion packs and content packages similar to The Sims, but this does not completely rule out the possibility of in-game stores or other microtransactions. We will know the answer soon.
The exhibition will also arrange interviews with other developers to "reveal the stories and insights behind the game development process."
InZOI plans to start the early access phase on March 28.
