First, /veinminer instruction:

So how to add tools or blocks in mods?
We use the bronze pick in IC2 as an example:

Pickaxe (pick) is the tool list IC2 Bronze_pickaxe (bronze pick of IC2)
IC2 is the module ID bronze_pickaxe as the item ID
We use copper mines in IC2 for example:

Pickaxe (Ho Head) is the tool IC2 Resource (copper ore of IC2) for mining
