Need 1 current mixture and 2 streaming extractors. After placing it by yourself, put the fluid pipe from the fluid mixture (yellow and dark green interface).Points are very important, because the flow of fluid is one -way). After the fast connection is connected to the fluid extractor, the fluid extract pipe is placed to the fluid extractor, as shown in the figure:

PS: When placing the pipeline, you can use Shift+right -click to complete the placement

Then place the oil barrel next to the fluid mixtor. In turn, place the fluid pipes on the oil barrel, and place the fluid extraction pipeline to the fluid mixtor (to the light green interface). As shown

PS: Each fluid extraction pipeline needs to be activated with redstone, and the fluid cannot flow out.

Next, start making fuel, go to the ink green fluid extractor to put the end shadow pearl and coal, and put a combustion stick and coal in the linked yellow fluid extractor, which will generate green and yellow liquid:

Then put the fluorescent powder and coal into the fluid mixture, and the fuel will begin to generate: After the fuel is generated, the fuel will flow from the pipe to the oil barrel.
