Add 4 different storage components to AE2:

Quantum items storage elements -have a relatively large space, but there are only one type;

Quantum fluid storage components -have a relatively large space, but there are only one type;

Digital odd -point items storage elements -have almost infinite size, but there are only one type;

Digital odd -point fluid storage elements -have almost infinite size, but there are only one type.

Added larger parallel processing unit:
