This tutorial is set by the author to use the CC by-NC protocol.
In front
In HAC, the author designed a relatively complete bacterial culture mechanism. Players obtain a variety of efficacy bacteria by cultivating bacteria collected from soil, water, and organisms. These microorganisms can be used for refining drugs, fermented foods, brewing wine, and producing specific items, so that players get the fun of microorganisms in the late stages of HAC.
The article contains a lot of pictures, pay attention to traffic consumption.
The acquisition, cultivation and proliferation of the first bacteria
The acquisition and cultivation of bacteria
Acquisition of basic medium
At the beginning, we could not obtain other medium outside the simple agar medium. We need to use simple agar medium to cultivate bacteria before obtaining materials for making other medium.
It should be noted that the simple agar culture medium is used as a basic medium. Each medium will eventually only bring us 3 bacteria, while the remaining medium will produce 5 bacteria.
The production method of simple agar medium is not complicated. First of all, we need to obtain a certain amount of seaweed to make agar, and a certain amount of wheat to make malt.Synthetic tablet for simple agar medium
First make agar: Put the seaweed into the cooking pot for a few seconds, and we can get agar.
Climate conditions: temperature FROSTBITE-COLD, humidity DRY, arbitrary ventilation.
Drive diagram of making agar
Agar production
Make malt: Put wheat in the cooking pot and add water.
Climate conditions: temperature normal-hot, humidity WET, free ventilation.
Malt production
After getting agar and malt, we place two raw materials in the cooking pot and add water in high temperature to make the initial medium.
Climate conditions: temperature oven-kiln, humidity, free ventilation.

Making of simple agar medium
Getting of native bacteria
Since we have not been cultivated for us to use, we need to obtain bacteria from nature. Here we will continue to synthesize the yeast and soil bacteria required by the standard agar medium in the future.
Bacterial culture requires the medium and culture box, and the latter requires a Tier3 -level metal. For high -grade metal acquisition, the metal environment smelting can be checked.
Yeast
Yeast is a large class of yeast. We can see through the chart below the tutorial that 40%of yeast is found in flowers.
Take out the simplicity agar medium that has just been done, find any flowers, right -click to obtain an unspecked medium. The yeast -based yeast, the latter is the bacteria required in this tutorial.
Right -click the yeast culture dish obtained by the flower
Put the obtained medium of yeast -containing bacteria in the culture box, and adjust the temperature, humidity, and ventilation according to the conditions shown in the table (you can also query the corresponding conditions in the Jei interface). The cultivatus will bring us three unpredictable yeast.
Put the medium in the training box
If the settings are correct, the medium will show that the three unpromiting yeasts generated after the training of the training days in the training box is successful
Take the cultivated bacteria from the culture box, right -click the handheld bacteria to perform bacterial identification. HAC has 11 small categories of bacteria, each small type of bacteria is divided into 3 varieties. Bacterial identification will identify the current bacteria to 3 to 3 to 3One of the varieties, what we need here is a large type of yeast, small yeast beer/rum varieties.
Target yeast
Soil bacteria acquisition
When obtaining yeast, we have a certain chance to obtain another bacteria: a medium that contains bacteria.
If you jump over the cultivation of yeast, use the simple agar medium made by right -click the five blocks in the table classification in the table classification.
The acquisition of soil bacteria, see the end of the full chart at the end of the text
Since we use a simple medium, the bacteria we get must be soil bacteria.
Similarly, if the control table is controlled, the medium is placed in the training box, and the internal environment of the culture box is adjusted to wait for three days to obtain an unpredictable bacteria.
Bacterium (soil bacterial) culture
The cultivated bacteria we need here is the soil activated protein in the bacteria-soil bacteria to generate bacteria, and the right-clicking of the unpredictable bacteria will have a chance to get it.
Target bacteria
Bacterial proliferation
The bacteria obtained from the environment are uncertain. When a large number of bacteria are required, we better use existing bacteria for proliferation instead of widely obtained from the environment.
Take yeast as an example. In the previous article, we have successfully obtained yeast. We want to proliferate yeast, we have two solutions:
Use the medium to proliferate bacteria
The easiest way is to use the medium to synthesize the suitable type of medium and bacteria, and we can get a medium with this kind of bacteria. Special attention: Simple agar medium can only cultivate 3 bacteria each time, and each timeOther types of medium can cultivate 5 plants at a time.
Synthetic bacterial culture medium of specific types
Put the synthetic medium in the training box and wait for the temperature.
Use bacterial medium to proliferate bacteria
The biggest disadvantage of using a medium to proliferate bacteria is time -consuming. Bacterial culture usually requires the waiting time of 3mc days. If we want to quickly get a lot of bacteria in a short time, we still have more effective ways: using bacterial medium. The raw materials of the bacterial medium include meat or internal organs, salt, and protein. Among them, protein cymbals need to use soil activation protein obtained earlier to generate bacteria.
Synthetic table of bacterial medium
Put the bacteria that you want to cultivate and the bacterial medium in a wooden fermentation tank (relatively slow) or metal brewing tank (faster), add water and place it in the environment of normal/normal/normalGetting 8 copies of the same bacteria, this method eliminates a long time for waiting for bacterial culture to quickly proliferate a lot of required bacteria.
The remaining four medium acquisition
As mentioned earlier, the acquisition of simple agar culture bases and two bacteria, and then synthesized the remaining medium.

Obtaining the standard agar medium
Ingredients: yeast, protein, sugar, agar.
With the bacteria obtained earlier, we can prepare yeast and protein cymbal (see the item link page for the specific preparation method).
Put the four raw materials into the cooking pot, add water, and make it in an environment with an environment with an arbitrarily in the temperature of the temperature Oven-KILN, humidity, and ventilation conditions.
Preparation of standard agar medium
Get the potato medium
Ingredients: potato, sugar, agar, antibiotics (green).
The antibiotics need to be cultivated using bacteria-soil bacteria-antibiotic substances.
Put the medium and bacteria into a wooden fermentation tank or metal brewing tank, add water, and ferment in the environment of Cool-Hot, Normal-Wet, Tight-Normal.
Preparation of antibiotics
After obtaining antibiotics, put all raw materials into the cooking pot, add water, and make it in an environment with an environment with any environment with any environment with the temperature Oven-KILN, humidity, and ventilation conditions.
Getting of lactose medium
Ingredients: internal organs, protein, milk, salt, agar.
Among them, the milculini-lactic acid bacteria-cheese is used, and the standard agar medium or lactose medium is collected in the flowers.
The method of making milky production is used to see Wrangles.
After obtaining milk, put all the ingredients into the cooking pot, add water, and make it in an environment with an environment with any environment with any environment with the temperature of the temperature Oven-KILN.

Bacterial classification
There are currently 5 major categories of 12 small categories 36 bacteria in HAC:
Note: 65%of the small categories trained in each type are identified as the COMMON variety when they were identified, 30%were identified as Uncommon varieties, and 5%were identified as RARE varieties.(Github, LINE57)
