Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has confirmed that "Legend of Berseria Remastered" will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Steam platform PC and Nintendo Switch on February 27, 2026.The title is the third installment in Bandai Namco’s “Legend Series Remastering Project,” which aims to bring early entries in the historic role-playing series to modern platforms.

According to an official statement, this remake is based on the 2016 original, and the story continues to revolve around the protagonist Belbert Craw with core themes of loss, betrayal and revenge.The publisher emphasized that the game will once again immerse players in a world where conflict is shaped by opposing viewpoints of emotion and reason. These details continue the theme setting of the original version.
Bandai Namco stated that the remake will introduce a number of experience optimization measures.Specific details include target location icons to make navigation clearer, switch options to adjust the frequency of enemy encounters, and a rating store function that opens in advance for character enhancement.These changes are aimed at making the game smoother for both returning players and new players.The remastered version will integrate all released additional content of the original version, including clothing sets, bonus props and other additional features that originally had to be purchased separately.
