• Star Blade - 101 people

• Project Spirits - 20 people

• AI lab and others - 16 people

• Administrative Support - 38 people

Shift Up’s current shareholder structure:

• CEO Kim Hyung-tae – 43%

• Tencent - 34%

• Others - 23%
