Obsidian Entertainment has launched version 1.0.5.0 update for "The Outer Worlds 2", which fully optimizes the gameplay, missions, visual effects and performance.This update focuses on solving problems reported by players, including fixing program crashes, animation errors, mission progress lags, and companion behavior improvements. It also optimizes vegetation layout, enhances lighting effects, fixes terrain model issues, and comprehensively improves the graphics performance of Arcadia Galaxy.

The companion system has significantly improved its survivability in high difficulties, and dialogue interactions and scene interpretations are more natural.Dozens of missions have been fine-tuned to ensure a smooth flow, with key improvements to Ines, Hogarth and Ruth's storylines in particular.The patch also improves combat balance, audio responsiveness, and system stability.This patch fixes more than 360 issues, nearly 70 of which are based on player feedback, making it one of the most significant updates since the game was released.
