With the official launch of the final DLC "Mystery of the Church" for "Kingdom of Heaven: Deliverance 2", developer Warhorse Studio thanked the players on the official platform and revealed for the first time that a new project is under planning.

Chief designer Prokop Jirsa wrote in the announcement: "Thank you players for your companionship and support throughout the year. It is your help that allows this game and all its DLC to continue to improve." He also revealed that "new things will appear in the future" and promised to announce more details soon, calling on players to "stay tuned and continue to walk with us."

The "Mystery of the Church" launched this month is the fourth DLC of this game, which brings players to a new scene, Sedlec Monastery.This area continues the series' pursuit of historical authenticity, as players investigate the truth behind a mysterious disease ravaging the local church.In the story, the protagonist Henry becomes the assistant of the famous healer Sigismund Albicus, and the two are accidentally involved in the conspiracy vortex of various factions in the monastery.

It is worth noting that Warhorse Studio also announced that the sales of "Kingdom of Heaven: Deliverance 2" across all platforms exceeded 4 million units. The game was released on February 4 this year and landed on the PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms. It has been 9 months since then.
