Embark Studios has released a targeted update designed to address matchmaking priority and store pricing issues in ARC Raiders.Duos priority matchmaking was silently tested and enabled earlier this week; the system first separates solo players from squad players, then attempts to match duos with duos and trios with trios. The development team points out that this priority is not absolute and players may still occasionally encounter mixed team compositions.

In response to community feedback, the team has readjusted the appearance pricing and will apply the reduced price starting from 17:30 Beijing time on Thursday, November 13, 2025.Players who previously purchased the appearance at the old price will automatically receive Raider Tokens refunded for the price difference within the next week.In addition, the team clarified the content of the "Raider deck": There is currently a free Raider deck available to all players, which contains in-game items to help new players; while future paid Raider decks will focus on appearance and convenience items and will not include "pay to win" items.

Pair match
Duo Priority Matchmaking was silently tested and enabled earlier this week.
Matching mechanism behavior: First, single players and squad players will be matched separately; then, two-person teams will be matched with two-person teams, and three-person teams will be matched with three-person teams.
System Description: Priority is not 100% guaranteed; players may still encounter different team compositions.
Store appearance price
Based on community feedback, prices have been revisited and reduced where applicable.
The revised prices will take effect at 17:30 Beijing time on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
Players who purchased items at the old price will be compensated for the difference.
Compensation mechanism: Raider tokens will be automatically refunded to player accounts within the next week.
Raider deck
Currently, all players can get a free Raider deck.
Future plans include free and paid Raider decks.
Gameplay items will only appear in free Raider decks; free decks contain some gameplay items that can be unlocked through progression to assist new players.
Paid Raider decks will not contain "pay to win" items and will focus on cosmetic and convenience items.
