Senior developer of "Marvel's Spider-Man" joins CDPR to develop "Cyberpunk 2"

Insomniac Games senior developer Jess Scott has now joined CD Projekt Red to participate in the development of "Cyberpunk 2".The former director of gameplay programming will serve as director of engineering, responsible for the development of the Cyberpunk sequel's gameplay and other open-world elements.

According to information on LinkedIn, Jess will lead a team of engineers to develop "Cyberpunk 2" at CD Projekt Red's Boston branch.The director previously worked at Insomniac Games for nearly seven years and participated in the development of multiple series of classic games.

Jess has participated in the development of game series such as "Marvel's Spider-Man" and "Ratchet and Clank", among which "Marvel's Spider-Man" is one of the most technically outstanding works in the industry in recent years.The lead developer also served as lead programmer at Harmonix Games for eight years.Years of accumulated experience will be gathered into the ever-evolving open world in "Cyberpunk 2"
