"Horizon: Steel Frontier" uses Unreal 5 and is inspired by "Monster Hunter"

"Horizon: Steel Frontier" executive producer Lee Song admitted in an interview with IGN that the game was largely inspired by the cooperative hunting gameplay in Capcom's "Monster Hunter" series.

The executive producer also discussed changes to the combat system.

Guerrilla Games' single-player games are known for their long-range combat, but the game demo video shows that this game will focus more on melee combat, and players need to decide when to dodge attacks and when to fight back.As a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), this game will support small teams and medium-sized team copies, because this combat method is not suitable for large-scale team copies.
