Nintendo officially launched a new official application "Nintendo Store" on November 5, which has been simultaneously launched on iOS and Android platforms. The app formerly known as "My Nintendo" has been officially upgraded and renamed "Nintendo Store".This release marks the comprehensive upgrade of the original "My Nintendo" application into an independent platform with the mall function as its core.

The most significant change in the new version of the application is that the mall function has been set as the core of the homepage, and exclusive labels for "Search" and "Wishlist" have been added. Users can quickly locate Switch consoles, accessories, physical and digital games and other products through category filtering, and jump directly to the official mall to complete the purchase. At the same time, users can also turn on promotion notifications and receive push reminders when items on their wishlist are discounted.

The application continues to have many practical functions:
· By linking your Nintendo account, you can check the complete game records from the 3DS/Wii U era to the present (you need to bind your Nintendo Network ID in advance)
· Check in at official stores and events to get platinum points
· Redeem My Nintendo rewards

Functions such as news attention, "upcoming" schedule and Direct live broadcast viewing of the original application have been removed, and these services are expected to be taken over by the recently launched "Nintendo Today!" application.
This upgrade is an important adjustment for Nintendo’s mobile strategy.Nintendo is building a functional application matrix through "Nintendo Switch App", "Nintendo Today!" and the newly launched "Nintendo Store" to provide users with more precise services.

From now on, players can use this official mall application in each app store (not yet available in China and Hong Kong) to more conveniently manage Nintendo's digital ecological consumption.
