Recently, Daniel Vávra, the game director of "The Outer Worlds 2", shared his views on the game. He believes that the game mechanics of "The Outer Worlds 2" are backward and lack innovation.

Daniel Vavra said: "I have finished "The Outer Worlds 2", and I give it a 7 out of 10. What makes me regret is that the Obsidian team (I love "Fallout: New Vegas"), with Microsoft's financial support and the latest technology, has not been able to come up with even a new game mechanism for 15 years to revitalize this mature but outdated model."

"Can you think of any new gameplay mechanics in The Outer Worlds that weren't in Deus Ex or Fallout 25 years ago? Unfortunately, I can't. I want a living, simulated world! A true non-linear experience. Give me something more interesting than unboxing, repairs, loading screens and leveling up in a static scripted world!"
