Skydance Games announced that "Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra" it is developing will not be released early next year and will be postponed until after early 2026.

This joint work with "Captain America" and "Black Panther" as the core characters was originally scheduled to be launched in 2025. In May this year, it was announced that it would be postponed to "early 2026." This adjustment means that the game will be postponed again.The developer stated that this move is aimed at ensuring that the overall quality and player experience meet expected standards.
Skydance said in an official statement: "At Skydance Games, our goal is to create unforgettable, high-quality games that pay tribute to the characters and worlds we are lucky enough to be a part of. Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra is an ambitious project, and we are committed to ensuring that it reaches the level of quality that the team, players, and fans have come to expect. To fully realize this vision, we have decided to delay the release beyond early 2026."

The statement also thanked players around the world for their support and emphasized that the team is working hard to create a "truly special work" and will announce more information in the future as development progresses.
This is the second major game to announce a delay in recent times.Previously, Rockstar’s “GTA6” also confirmed that its release would be delayed by about six months.
