It seems that Kojima Productions will be recruiting on a large scale in the coming months, and is currently recruiting for multiple positions for the development of its new games "OD" and "Physint".
The studio is recruiting for programming, art, administration, localization, sound effects, marketing and screenwriting in Tokyo, Japan.Specifically, the company plans to recruit talents for animators, character artists, game designers, game programmers, recording engineers and other positions.
Kojima Studio's social media account has confirmed that these positions are related to the two projects "OD" and "Physint" and said: "Kojima Studio is hiring! If you are interested in joining the development team of our new games "OD" and "PHYSINT"."

Neither project has announced a release date yet, but "OD" is expected to be released earlier than "Physint."The former has been in development for several years, with horror director Jordan Peele also involved in the game's production. The recently released trailer for "Knock" also confirmed once again that the game is still in progress.
"OD" is currently only confirmed to be launched on the Xbox Series X | S platform, but considering that Microsoft has turned to third-party publishing, the launch of its PS5 version seems very likely.
The development progress of "Physint" is considered to be far behind - it may even become a game built for PS6.This work will allow Hideo Kojima to return to the "Metal Gear Solid" style gameplay he created during his time at Konami. Currently, only a poster and part of the confirmed character lineup have been released.
Charlie Fraser ("Mad Max: Fury"), Ma Dong-seok ("Train to Busan") and Hamabe Minami ("Godzilla 1.0") will star in the game.
As early as August, Hideo Kojima said that "Physint" was still in the "concept stage" and that he was the only one working on it at the time. But it looks like he'll be getting some help on the project for at least the next few months.
