
The game "Pacific Drive" is now available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass
LONDON (October 23, 2025) – Fans of Pacific Drive, the critically acclaimed driving-survival adventure game developed by Ironwood Studios and published by Kepler Interactive, can now explore a new area of the Olympic Forbidden Zone with Whispers in the Woods – a paid DLC expansion now available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.At the "Galaxies Autumn Showcase" held today, Ironwood Studios and Kepler Interactive brought surprises to fans, announcing that the "Pacific Drive: Whispers in the Woods" DLC expansion pack will be released on all platforms. At the same time, the "Pacific Drive" game body will also be launched on the Xbox Series X|S console platform for the first time.Xbox Game Pass subscribers can also play the base game starting today.
As part of today’s surprise DLC release, players can look forward to experiencing an all-new story set in an eerie and mysterious area of the Olympic Forbidden Zone, discovering new pathway types, anomalies, and experiencing artifacts and their eerie and indescribable effects.
Along with today’s release of the new DLC, the base game Pacific Drive is also getting a new patch across all platforms, which includes several bug fixes and significant performance improvements.
New players to Pacific Drive can purchase the game starting today via various bundles on Steam, Epic Games Store, Windows Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox consoles; the new Ritual Edition offers a complete package that includes the base game of Pacific Drive, the Whispers in the Woods expansion pack, and four previously released cosmetic packs that allow players to personalize their trusty wagon with Space, Friendly Bin, Frozen and Anomaly themes.
For those who wish to purchase the DLC and base game at the same time, the Whispers Edition includes the base game of Pacific Drive and the Whispers in the Woods expansion pack released today.
