Update highlights

Corrupted Castle

Introducing a new "animus" themed activity that allows players to revisit completed castles corrupted by anomalies.

Contains new enemy types such as "Corrupted Samurai Large and Small" who exhibit more aggressive behavior and unpredictable patrol patterns.

Clearing the Corrupted Castle will reward you with equipment and gold coins through special treasure chests.

Unlocked after the player reaches level 30 and completes three castles.

Up to five Corrupted Castles can appear each season, providing replayability and adjusted difficulty.

Parkour system overhaul

Advanced parkour features

Added a new toggle option in the game menu that removes all parkour restrictions.

Allows side and rear bounce from any height, providing greater creative freedom for advanced moves.

Sideways and backwards bounce

Adjusted physics to ensure consistent landing control.

Characters can now jump sideways or backwards without height restrictions when there is no suitable landing surface.

sideways jump

Performing a side jump while holding down the parkour down button now results in a faster, closer descent - ideal for controlled jump drops.

General parkour improvements

Vertical Grasp: Can now grapple non-standing objects such as beams and lanterns.

Manual Jump (non-standing objects): Allows the player to perform short jumps or shortcuts on rooftops and narrow beams.

Directional Grasp: A reintroduced feature that allows players to grab onto a nearby ledge by facing it and hitting the parkour up button, preventing falls from any height.

golden weapon

New gold-level weapons can now be unlocked by completing specific in-game challenges:

Short Knife: Complete all Legendary Ink Painting challenges.

Bow: Complete all Yabusame challenges.

Lock Sickle: Complete all meditation sessions.

Naginata: Complete all challenges.

Golden Rod: Reach level 100.

Iron Cannon: Reach Stronghold Level 13.

Other highlights

Exceptions: The weekly exceptions activity has been expanded to increase project progress capture rates.

Balance Change: The number of keys required for the infinite reward tier has been reduced from 400 to 100 to balance the increased frequency of anomalous activity.

Interface update: The "Exceptions" tab has been moved to the rewards page for quick access.

New Rotation: There will now be a related anomaly each week that rewards data shards obtained from the Corrupted Citadel.
