A sequel allows us to start over and push the genre even further.We wanted to test a darker room theme and try new gameplay and puzzle ideas.The separation from the original work allowed us to focus on improving key features such as noise, connectivity, physics engine and animation.
Will the Escape Room Simulator ever be updated?
Yes!With the latest Maya DLC update, there will be more content to follow.We will continue to support the original game and launch it on new platforms.
Will it be scary?
Although Escape Room Simulator 2 is dark and mysterious, it is not a horror game after all.There will not be any sudden scares or bloody scenes in the game.
