As the latest work of Bandai Namco's "Legend Series Remastering Plan", "Endless Legend Remastered Edition" will be launched on modern game platforms on October 31. This is also a remake of the 13th mainline work of the JRPG series. On the eve of the game's release, series general manager Tomizawa Yusuke talked about the progress of the remake plan and market response in an interview.

With the development of "Holy Legend R" and "Endless Legend Remastered Edition" completed, Tomizawa confirmed that there are still more than two remakes in development. One of the projects is nearing the end of development, and players won’t have to wait too long for an official announcement.
Regarding market performance, the development team is fortunate to be able to achieve simultaneous sales in multiple regions and multiple platforms.Tomizawa revealed that currently more than 70% of the players in the "Legend" series are from outside Japan. He explained that this is not caused by the shrinking fan base in Japan, but a natural result of global population proportion and hardware distribution.

Tomizawa specifically pointed out that as the proportion of overseas players has increased, he has deeply realized that "when we promote Japanese role-playing games to the world, there is no difference in the emotions players pour into the characters no matter which country or region they are from."The team found that the game feedback from overseas players and Japanese players "generally tended to be consistent, and they were all positive responses."Therefore, the team insists that "it should not deliberately cater to overseas markets, but should focus on presenting pure fun that truly embodies the essence of the "Legends" series."
Faced with players’ expectations for the new game, Tomizawa said that the team is “always conceiving and promoting new projects”, but it will still take time to officially announce it.
