The "Street Fighter 6" World Series "Capcom Cup 12" will be held from March 11 to 14, 2026. Recently, the organizing committee officially announced that it will modify the competition rules, adjust the live broadcast ticket prices, etc. The official stated that the new rules will be more competitive and enjoyable.

·During the competition, the qualifiers are divided into two groups: the winner group and the loser group. There are 48 players in total, divided into 12 groups of 4 people. The first to win 3 games in BO5 wins. The top 12 players in the winner group directly enter the TOP16 – FINAL competition on March 14. The 12 players in the loser group still have to enter the qualifier group 2 on March 13.

·Team 2 of the prequalification group will divide 12 players into 4 groups of 3, and the first to win 3 games in a BO5 will win. The first place in each group will enter the TOP16 – FINAL competition on March 14.

·TOP16 – FINAL competition will be matched and eliminated using a BO9 method of winning 5 games first, and the final decision will be made.

·Previously, the official announced the charging system for live broadcast games. Pricing is still being discussed and the specific price will be announced later.
