1981, a European country.
18-year-old Noah carries the memory of being abandoned by his mother as a child and lives with his eccentric father Leonardo.
Leonardo is an unknown writer, obsessed with research related to "Dictator X".

One day, Leonardo received an invitation letter, inviting him to participate in an auction of "Dictator X's Relics".
