Recently, game market analysis agency GameDiscoverCo has included the performance of Steam's new works in July 2025.The domestic masterpiece "The Late Ming Dynasty: The Feather of Yuanxu" earned as much as US$19.1 million, ranking first.The player group of this game is more local, however, the 49% positive rate has led to a continuous decline in its revenue (hype mismatch?).
The second place on the list is "Survival 2", which joined XGP on the first day, but still earned nearly $16 million in July.According to statistics, 66% of Steam players have "Survival 1".The third place on the list is "Kill Space 3", which earns more than US$10 million in the first release.But due to the disappointing expectations of players, sales quickly declined.
GameDiscoverCo also estimates the sales of Steam's new works in July, with the top three being: 719,100 copies of "Mage Arena", 595,500 copies of "Survival of Confinement 2", and 524,900 copies of "The Late Ming Dynasty: The Feather of the Yuanxu".
