Recently, the well-known Japanese developer Atlus released its annual player survey. This questionnaire for IPs such as the Persona series unexpectedly revealed a number of future planning clues, including the sequel to "Metaphorical Fantasy: ReFantazio" released in 2024.

During the survey, questions about the intention to develop the sequel clearly list the options for Persona, "ReFantazio" (2024 Game Contender) and Vanillaware Studios (Developer of the Holy Beast, an important partner of Atlus).
