Games will officially announce the new "Lego Batman" game on August 19 this month, and it is scheduled to be released before spring 2026.The work will be developed in reference to the open world model of "Lego Star Wars: Skywalker" and may be adapted from the 2022 movie "New Batman".This move aims to fill the three-year window of Batman single-player console games - since the markets of "Gotham Knights" and "Suicide Squad: Eliminate Justice League" were cold in 2022, the VR work "Batman: Shadow of Arkham" was released in 2024 only.

Sources pointed out that the LEGO adaptation is a transitional strategy for Warner Bros.
