Thank you for participating in the first public beta weekend of Battlefield 6 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms, which is of great significance to the entire development team.We are very happy to receive feedback from everyone and will continue to work hard to make the official version of the game on October 10 even better.
Looking back at the first public beta weekend, we want to share with you some of the gains and the game list adjustments made for the second public beta weekend that will be launched this Thursday.
Game list adjustment
In the second week, we will provide you with more diverse gameplay and richer choices through a list of games with a variety of different game modes.
For example, the Total War game list will include Breakthrough, Conquer, and Raid modes. The in-game description for each mode displays the modes included in the rotation where it resides.
Rotation of multiple modes in the game list can help us better understand community preferences, thereby polishing the gaming experience when it is officially released, and also providing more modes that players like to play.
Custom search function
Based on your previous feedback and in order to give players more control over the selection of maps and modes, we will launch a new feature - custom search.
This feature allows you to choose your favorite map and mode to combine.
For example, if you want to play Cairo Siege in Conquest mode, the matching system will prioritize finding this combination for you when the lobby is available.
It should be noted that this feature is not a server browser, and the latter will not be tested this week.
