Nintendo recently announced that it will hold an independent game showcase again today. Many players had high hopes and were looking forward to seeing new information about "The Hollow Knight: The Song of Silk" at the event, but the latest reports gave the opposite conclusion.

Previously leaked news about Nintendo showcase this week SwitchForce said in its latest YouTube video that, as far as he knows, "The Hollow Knight: The Song of Silk" is "unlikely to appear" in the upcoming event, and he believes that the game has "far exceeding the size of a general indie game", so it will not be released in "indie game specifications".
