After Nintendo announced a price increase on Switches in Canada in January this year, Nintendo's US company announced a similar price increase plan.

Nintendo United States announced that it will raise the price of Switches in the United States based on market conditions starting from August 3.Affected products include Switch OLED models, standard version of Switch, Switch Lite, and some Switch accessories.

Other products, including some Switch 2 accessories, amiibo and Nintendo sound alarm clock Alarmo, will also be priced.

The prices of Switch 2 consoles, Switch 2 and Switch gaming software, and Nintendo Switch Online membership services will not be affected.
