Recently, some players discovered that "Multiple Life" seems to use AI tools, and several places in the game use AI-generated content, revealing that not all text in the game is written by humans.
Some people have found typical AI prompts such as "Sure, here's a revised version..." in the subtitles and background text of the game "Multiple Life", implying that the content was generated using a large language model.
In addition, Portuguese and Korean localizations have been pointed out to be frequently errors, and AI translation results are suspected to have not been fully manual reviewed.Game localization expert Lucile Danilov criticized that keeping AI prompts in text is disrespectful to players.
Some players also believe that some of the art works used in "Multiple Life" are generated by AI.
Currently, developer 11 Bit Studios has not yet made a public response to this incident, and there is no warning on the Steam page about the use of generative AI.
