Aksys Games announced that Hatsune Miku Fitness Boxing will launch three new DLC content packages on July 10, 2025.This update includes: the third BGM package will include a reorganized version of classic classical music and folk songs; the fourth BGM package will select adapted versions of Hatsune family characters; and the Hatsune classic sportswear style will also be added.

This game continues the core gameplay of the "Aerobic Boxing" series, providing a variety of warm-up options, difficulty settings and single-action training modes.Series coaches Lin and Evan are still in charge, and all classic functions such as daily check-in records and target management system are retained, but the guide turns into a virtual singer Hatsune Miku.

The game contains 24 famous VOCALOID songs, including classic songs such as "Melt" and "The Vampire", as well as the new theme song "Let's Mikusercise!!" created by cosMo@天神P.At the same time, more than 30 background music series were integrated, creating the richest lineup of the music library in the history of the series.Popular Project Diva characters such as Mirror Ring/Lian, Sound Tour and Song Song will also appear. Players can use their exclusive tracks to exercise in "Hatsune Training Mode" and support the two-player cooperation mode held by Joy-Con.

"Hatin Miku Fitness Boxing" is now available on the Nintendo Switch platform.
