Official announcement
Dear PS4/PS5 players:
As we look forward to the future and plan for the next major leap in Rhythm Lightsaber, we have decided not to release updates for the PS4 and PS5 platforms from June 2025.Our passion for VR is consistent and we are extremely excited about the possibilities in the future, and we look forward to bringing more exciting content to our Rhythmic Lightsaber fans who support us along the way.
What this means to you:
This change will not affect your continued play "Rhythmic Lightsabre", and you will still have access to all the content you purchased on the PlayStation platform before.
Rhythm Lightsaber is still available for purchase on PS4 and PS5 devices, and you can still play or purchase songs and music packages released by June 18, 2025.However, after this date, both platforms will no longer receive any new content.
In addition, from January 21, 2026, the multiplayer feature of Rhythm Lightsaber on PS4 and PS5 platforms will be stopped.
However, the "cross-platform purchase" function of the ontology game between PS4 and PS5 will continue to be retained.
We sincerely thank you for your strong support over the years and can't wait to share with you the future development direction of "Rhythm Lightsaber".
