Ubisoft announced that the 1.0.6 update of Assassin's Creed: Shadow will be launched at 8 o'clock tonight, with a 16GB patch on the PC version.
Capacity of each version:
PS5: 6.27 GB
XBS: 19 GB
MAC: 9 GB
PC: 17 GB
Steam: 8.5 GB
The 1.0.6 patch will add a storyline "Critical Encounter" for free. To play this task, you need to complete the "Way of the Blacksmith" task to unlock Yasuke as a playable character. The player can then find this quest line in his hiding place.
The 1.0.6 patch will also bring a new "nightmare" difficulty level.Under this difficulty, the player's defense effectiveness is greatly reduced, and the enemy can bring more damage, making the enemy smarter, faster and more aggressive.Fighting resources such as adrenaline, rations and ninja items will be harder to obtain.
In addition, the 1.0.6 patch has added a toggle switch for head equipment to cutscenes.Players now have the option to display head gear in cutscenes, whether it's a hood, helmet, headband or others.
Players can now switch between three different perspectives while riding a horse.
The PC version also has added ultra-low image quality settings to help players with lower computer configurations run games more smoothly with higher frame rates.
Finally, this update fixes some quest and play bugs and brings some subtle visual improvements. For example, it fixed an issue where all NPC horses looked the same, and it fixed a bug where Naoe's Akanori costume would wear through his body.In addition, it also fixed the movement of the ghost armor in Dawn.
