Shoichi Ichikawa, producer of Final Fantasy VII Eternal Crisis, also explained the design philosophy for this campus event and character design: "Tifa is a top student, Claude and Zack are bad boys, so when we were thinking about how to deal with Alice, the art team proposed a sketch of Alice as a bad girl. It is visually impactful, but it also shows a very Alice-like side, such as her love for flowers, and we think it can depict the unique relationship between Zack and Alice in this worldview."
