The open world game "Eye of the Heart", once hailed as the "next generation of linear film masterpieces", has recently fallen into a whirlpool of public opinion due to multiple problems exposed by the development studio Build A Rocket Boy.This ambition work, created by former R Star President Leslie Benzies, is facing the double blow of internal management crisis and questioning game quality.

According to data from the workplace evaluation platform Glassdoor, the current employee score of Build A Rocket Boy Studio is only 2.1/5 (out of 5 points).Dozens of former employees anonymously accused the company of serious workplace problems, including management's condonation of high-pressure overtime culture and frequent political struggles among departments.Many former developers who participated in the "Eye of Heart" project revealed that the project has had problems such as confusing decision-making and unclear development direction since the early stage of the project.
